Summertime is quickly approaching and Bristol is the place to be. With many different options to grab a coffee with friends or sit down and sip away at a juicy filter coffee, do you struggle to choose where to go?
The Bristol coffee scene is quickly expanding and many coffee shops are now serving up amazing specialty coffee from local roasters. We thought we'd compile a list of our favorite five that you should go check out this summer.
P.s. These are super bias, as we really really love these cafes... enjoy ;)
1. Society Cafe
First up on our list is the recently opened addition to the Society Cafe family. One of our personal favourites in Bristol and one that we very regularly visit. Not only does this cafe boast four different coffees at one time, the interior design and decor are amazing. With such a spacious seating area, it's perfect to hide away and crack on with work. The cafe is perfectly split up into two areas; on the right, you have a place perfect for laptop work and a one on one meeting and on the other side, you have large long tables, perfect for bigger groups.
You'll regularly see Origin Coffee Roasters as their house espresso, and guest features from Triple Co Roast, Roundhill, and sometimes Bailies. You'll always have fresh coffee to delight the palate, as they change up their coffee at least once a week.

2. Little Victories
Second up on our list, we bring you Little Victories. Situated in the new, up and coming area of Whapping Wharf, where you'll find an array of amazing independent businesses and plenty of places to grab some lunch as well. We personally love their display board and their super friendly staff.
We normally grab a flat white to go and head on down to the harbourside to relax in the sun and soak in the beautiful vibes and calming atmosphere. They also offer a range of cocktails and craft beer to enjoy day and night. It's also a great place to grab a glass of wine after a nice meal at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the area.
You'll typically find Clifton Coffee here but sometimes they offer a guest roaster!

3. 25a Old Market
Thirdly, and a recent discovery for us is the amazing space, 25a Old Market. Just off from the chaos of Cabot Circus, you'll find an oasis of beautiful independent businesses. 25a is a very spacious cafe with great vibes and great coffee. If it's sunny out, you can grab an iced latte, sit back, relax and watch the world go by on their outside seats.
They normally offer Triple Co Roast as their house espresso/filter and you can buy retail bags from Extract, Triple Co and us! You can also purchase great local craft beer and they have a wonderful selection of wines. A perfect place to stock up for those social summer nights.

4. Milk Teeth Portland Square
Located just off Portland Square, you'll find this little gem. Not only do they serve up great coffee, they also have an amazing mission. They're all about smallness, which is a perfect fit for Bristol if you ask us. A city known for independent businesses, they celebrate everything local. You'll find a little deli, filled with delicious local treats to last you all summer and all the great local roasters, so you can stock up on delicious coffee too.
What makes this cafe really special is the amazing staff and positive vibes. If you've ever had the pleasure of meeting the owner Josh, you'll understand that this cafe is the most genuine place around. Also, if ya happen to be served up a delicious flat white from my good friend Mirana, say hi from me!

5. Full Court Press
Lastly on our list of places to go this summer we have the coffee haven, Full Court Press. Well known for serving up the best coffee around, it's really a place we love to go to try amazing coffee and nerd out. Not only do they serve great coffee, their staff is really knowledgeable and friendly and always there to explain the coffee they offer in an open and easy to understand way. Matt has been a guiding force of good in our industry and never fails to amaze.
They are constantly changing up their coffee, and every time we've visited we get to try something new. So pop on down, we promise you won't be disappointed.
