This coffee comes from the washing-station at Adado, which is in the village of Shara, in the Yirgacheffe region. The coffee gains its name from the local tribe, also called Adado. Coffee was made to thrive in the lush environment Yirgacheffe's forests provide, developing nuanced floral characteristics, articulate sweetness and sparkling acidity.
Artwork by Pau Palzon Radford and inspired by the Garden of Earthly Delights painting.
These coffees boast a mouthwatering array of flavours, such as fresh apricots and peaches with complimentary citrus and floral tones, which all come together in a delightful brew.
